No. You travel as a passenger. Your driver-guide handles the driving and parking between the destinations on your itinerary. At the markets and in the old towns, we explore on foot.

Each small-group departure has a maximum of 4 guests in total, plus an English-speaking driver-guide. The guide is not counted in the four-guest limit. You may share the road trip with other travellers, or book any itinerary privately for your own party of 1–4 guests.

We travel between destinations in passenger cars, not buses or coaches. Your English-speaking driver-guide takes care of the driving and parking, so you do not need to drive. Market visits and historic centres are explored on foot.

Yes. Solo travellers, couples and friends are welcome to enquire. Tell us how many people are coming, and we will explain the available departures and room arrangements before you book.

Yes. Every tour is also available as a private road trip for up to four guests, exclusively for your party, with your own English-speaking driver-guide and travel by passenger car. Choose Book a private tour, or select Book privately in either request form. Availability and the full private-tour offer will be confirmed before you book. Our small-group departures may include other guests.

Yes. The proposed programmes combine time with your guide and time to browse the stalls, take photographs, choose a café or revisit a favourite square. Meeting points and times will be explained as part of your daily plans.

A Christmas Road Trip from Berlin is an 8-day loop starting and finishing in Berlin. Christmas Capitals & Storybook Towns is a 10-day loop starting and finishing in Munich. The Grand Christmas Road Trip is a 12-day loop starting and finishing in Frankfurt am Main. Exact meeting and finishing points and times will be confirmed before booking.

Accommodation during the tour is included in every tariff. Economy includes accommodation in double or twin rooms in budget hotels, hostels or apartments. Your offer will confirm the accommodation, room arrangements and number of nights before you pay the deposit. Meals are not included, except daily breakfasts with Comfort Double / Twin and Comfort Single. Economy does not include breakfast. Admission tickets to castles, museums, paid Christmas markets and other attractions are not included and are paid separately.

Yes. Pick-up at the airport or an agreed railway station in your tour’s starting city, and the return transfer at the end of the tour, are included in every tariff. Your offer will confirm the meeting points and suitable arrival and return windows before you book. Wait for written departure confirmation before buying flights or train tickets, then send us your travel details so we can finalise the transfer times.

Market visits involve walking and standing outdoors, often on cobbled or uneven streets. Many historic centres have restricted vehicle access. Tell us about any mobility needs before booking so we can discuss the route and its suitability with you.

Luggage space in a passenger car is limited. Tell us the number and size of your bags, including any larger items, when you enquire. The available space and luggage allowance will be confirmed before you book.

These are proposed seasonal itineraries. Visits and their order may change to fit the Christmas market calendars, winter conditions or local events. Your departure information will explain the confirmed programme and any changes to the plans.

Two guests travelling together can choose Comfort Double / Twin instead of two Comfort Single places. 8 days: €1,750 each (€3,500 for two), instead of €1,950 each in Comfort Single — a €400 saving per pair. 10 days: €2,480 each (€4,960 for two), instead of €2,680 each in Comfort Single — a €400 saving per pair. 12 days: €2,970 each (€5,940 for two), instead of €3,170 each in Comfort Single — a €400 saving per pair. Select Comfort Double / Twin in the form and tell us whether you prefer one double bed or two single beds. Room arrangements are confirmed in your written offer. Private tours are quoted separately.

A Christmas Road Trip from Berlin: 25 Nov – 2 Dec 2026; 5 Dec – 12 Dec 2026; 15 Dec – 22 Dec 2026. Christmas Capitals & Storybook Towns: 26 Nov – 5 Dec 2026; 12 Dec – 21 Dec 2026. The Grand Christmas Road Trip: 27 Nov – 8 Dec 2026; 11 Dec – 22 Dec 2026. These are scheduled small-group dates. A listed date does not confirm that the departure will go ahead; wait for our written departure confirmation before booking flights. Private-tour dates are agreed separately.

Small-group Economy prices start from €1,590 per person for 8 days, €2,280 per person for 10 days, €2,770 per person for 12 days. Accommodation is included. Request the details for your preferred road trip, dates, party size and room arrangements. You will receive the total price, included services, additional costs and booking conditions before deciding whether to book. Private tours are quoted separately.

No. This acknowledges your request only. No place is held, your booking and departure are not confirmed, and no payment has been taken. A provisional hold, booking confirmation and departure confirmation are separate written stages. Booking confirmation and departure confirmation are separate. Book your flights only after we have confirmed in writing that your departure will go ahead.

Review and accept the programme, total price and booking conditions first, including the departure status, minimum group size and decision deadline. We’ll then email an invoice for your 20% deposit. Pay the remaining 80% in person before your tour begins. The deposit is 20% of the total booking price and counts towards that price; it is not an extra fee. Your invoice will show the deposit amount, payment instructions and due date. The accepted payment methods for the remaining balance will be confirmed in your offer.

Cancellation, amendment and refund terms, including the minimum group size and the deadline for a departure decision, will be provided before you accept the offer or pay the deposit. These will explain any cancellation charges and how the deposit is treated. Read them before paying or arranging non-refundable onward travel.

Buying flights does not reserve a place or confirm a booking. Wait for our written departure confirmation, check the agreed arrival and return windows, then book your flights and send us your flight details so we can finalise your airport pick-up.

No. Small-group departures require at least 3 confirmed guests in total and have a maximum of 4, excluding the driver-guide. You can enquire for 1–4 people in your own party. An enquiry or provisional hold does not count as a confirmed participant. We will confirm in writing whether your departure will go ahead no later than 7 calendar days before the agreed start date. Your offer and contract will state the exact confirmation date before you book. A listed date, received request or paid deposit alone does not confirm the departure. A private tour is exclusively for your party of 1–4 guests and does not depend on selling places to other travellers. Its date and arrangements still require our written booking and departure confirmation.
